MAZ Combustion Detergency: The Comprehensive Solution

Fuel contains 85% carbon mass. Unlike sulfur, which can be reduced to near zero, the refinery technology is unable to reduce the amount of carbon mass.

Incomplete combustion of the fuel quality generally produces carbon deposits as by-products. These carbon deposits will choke the engines and the emissions control devices rendering these engines and devices to operate inefficiently, and higher fuel penalty.

MAZ is a game-changing fuel technology that focuses on using combustion efficiency to reduce sooty flame and remove carbon deposits in engines and emissions control devices. It is a patented formulation of highly reactive nitroalkane concentrates. The faster reactivity speeds up the chemical reactions during combustion to break down the heavy carbon chains, thus releasing more heat to produce extra engine power.

The heightened reactivity also produces a fast and high temperature burn that shortens the combustion period to decrease smoke and particulate emissions.

During combustion, a naturally generated molecular protective film covers up to 90% of the combustion chamber to reduce heat loss and engine friction to increase the mechanical power.

Nitroalkane is an organic hydrocarbon compound that co-exits stably with other compounds in the fuel, promoting efficient engine operation without any harmful effects.

MAZ resolves the fundamental issue of the combustion of carbon mass in fuel. This can be demonstrated in a recent study in Singapore using TSI 3795 NPET to measure the combustion-derived nanoparticle numbers of gasoline and diesel vehicles. The results show that for gasoline fleet, the PN# reduced from 71,299 PN#/cm3 to 2,870 PN#/ cm3 , or 87 times below Euro 6 PN limit.

The ultimate goal of MAZ technology is to ensure achieving of the highest health standard of air quality from vehicle exhaust to avoid the hundreds of thousands of premature deaths annually in the world.

The growing share of modern vehicles in the global vehicle population will only increase the amount of PN# population as these new engines produce more nanoparticles than soot.
